This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how PiiCoro ("we," "us," or "our") handles users' information in connection with the mobile application "PracSound" ("the App").
1. Operator Information
The provider of the App and the party responsible for handling personal information is as follows.

2. Information We Collect and How We Collect It
The App collects the following information.
(1) Information transmitted externally
The App uses Firebase provided by Google LLC, and the following information is automatically collected and transmitted.
- Via Firebase Analytics: app usage and interaction events, device information such as device type and OS version, approximate region, an identifier for the app instance, etc.
- Via Firebase Crashlytics: crash logs generated when the app crashes, device state, OS version, and other information necessary for diagnosing issues.
(2) Information used only on the device and not transmitted externally
The following information is stored and processed only on the user's device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third party.
- Metadata of audio files stored on the device (file name, duration, artist name, etc.)
- Audio data recorded through the microphone
- Images registered on the playback screen
- Data created by the user, such as memos, favorites, playlists, and playback history
3. Purpose of Use
We use the collected information for the following purposes.
- To provide and operate the features of the App
- To improve the quality of the App and to statistically analyze usage
- To detect, analyze, and fix issues
4. Device Permissions
The App uses the following permissions to provide its features. Information obtained through these permissions is, in principle, processed on the device and is not collected by us.
- Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Used for the recording feature.
- Reading audio files (READ_MEDIA_AUDIO / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Used to list and play audio files on the device.
You may grant or revoke these permissions at any time from your device settings. If you revoke a permission, related features may become unavailable.
5. Provision to and Entrustment with Third Parties
Except as required by law, we do not provide collected information to third parties without the user's consent. However, as noted above, the App uses Firebase provided by Google LLC, and information is processed through its services. 6. International Transfer of Information
Information collected through Firebase may be stored and processed on Google's servers located in the United States or other countries and regions.
7. Retention and Deletion of Information
Data stored on the device (recordings, images, memos, etc.) is deleted when the user uninstalls the App or performs a deletion within the App. Information collected through Firebase is retained according to the retention period set by Google.
8. Your Rights
Under applicable laws, you may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your personal information held by us. To do so, please contact us using the contact point in Section 13.
Please note that information collected through Firebase is linked to pseudonymous identifiers that do not directly identify a specific individual, and we may be unable to associate such information with you. In that case, unless you provide additional information enabling us to identify you, we may be unable to respond to individual requests for disclosure, deletion, and the like.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16, depending on your country or region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Firebase, which the App uses, may use identifiers to identify the device for purposes such as analyzing app usage.
11. Security
We take reasonable security measures to appropriately manage the information we collect. However, we cannot guarantee complete security of information handled over the Internet or by electronic means.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may revise this Policy as necessary. If we make material changes, we will announce them on this page. If you use the App after the changes, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Policy.
